Ingrédients
- 2 cups (500 ml) milk
- 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 cup (250 ml) chopped cooked vegetables (broccoli, celery, carrots, parsnips, cabbage)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mode d'emploi
- Mix all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
- Pour mixture into a saucepan.
- Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir regularly.
- Do not boil.
