Vegetable Soup

Serves 4

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) milk
  • 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chopped cooked vegetables (broccoli, celery, carrots, parsnips, cabbage)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Mode d'emploi

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
  2. Pour mixture into a saucepan.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir regularly.
  4. Do not boil.
