Ingrédients
- 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) chick peas or kidney beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil, butter or margarine
- 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) milk
- pinch of nutmeg or curry
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mode d'emploi
- Drain and rinse beans.
- In a saucepan, sauté onion in oil, butter or margarine.
- Add cream soup and beans to saucepan.
- Add milk to saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg or curry.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
