Tuna Patties

Ingrédients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (170 g) tuna
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil

Mode d'emploi

To crack open an egg, follow these directions:
1) Place egg in one hand.
2) With the end of a knife, gently tap the middle of the egg until the shell slightly cracks.
3) Pull open the egg at the crack.

  1. In a large bowl, soak bread in milk for 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced onion, carrots, eggs, tuna, salt and pepper to bread mixture.
  3. Mix ingredients with a spoon until mixture forms a paste.
  4. Shape into 4 patties.
  5. In a skillet, preheat oil over medium-high heat. Fry patties until golden and crispy on the outside and heated through,
    about 2 minutes on each side.
