Ingrédients
- 1 can (200 g) salmon with bones
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped raw mixed vegetables (onions, celery, broccoli…)
- 1 can (10 oz/284 ml) cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (250 ml) corn flakes
Mode d'emploi
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9 x 5 inch (23 x 12 cm) loaf pan.
- Drain salmon.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Press mixture into greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
NOTE: To increase the iron content of this recipe, add 1/2 cup (125 mL) baby cereal (with added iron) and 1 more egg.
