Ingrédients
- oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) uncooked rolled oats
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- pinch of thyme
Mode d'emploi
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- With oil, lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch (23 x 12 cm) loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Press mixture into greased loaf pan.
- Bake until browned, about 1 hour.
