Egg Pizza

Serves 4

Ingrédients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil, butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)

Mode d'emploi

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
  2. In a small skillet, heat oil, butter or margarine.
  3. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook without stirring until eggs are almost completely set but still moist.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over the cooked eggs.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Cover skillet with lid and cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
