Ingrédients
- 8 eggs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) oil, butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) tomato sauce
- 1 cup (250 ml) grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
Mode d'emploi
- In a bowl, beat eggs, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
- In a small skillet, heat oil, butter or margarine.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook without stirring until eggs are almost completely set but still moist.
- Spread tomato sauce over the cooked eggs.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cover skillet with lid and cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
