Ingrédients
- 2 potatoes, boiled
- 3 to 4 tablespoons (45 to 60 ml) milk
- 1 can (7.5 oz/213 ml) corn niblets or green peas
- 1/2 lb (250 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- pinch each of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chopped fresh parsley
Mode d'emploi
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mash potatoes with milk. Set aside.
- Drain corn or peas. Set aside.
- In a skillet, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add onion to the beef and cook until onion becomes transparent.
- Transfer beef and onion mixture to a 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
- Spread corn or peas over meat.
- Cover corn or peas with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
