Ingrédients
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flour
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mode d'emploi
- In a skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour.
- Return to heat. Gradually add milk and whisk until sauce becomes thick and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
