Ingrédients
- 1 box (85 g) fruitflavoured gelatin (ex: cherry Jell-O™)
- 1 cup (250 ml) boiling water
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk or plain yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) chopped fruit (pears, peaches, mangos, bananas…)
If you have gestational diabetes, use diet or light Jell-O™.
Mode d'emploi
- In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir well.
- Add milk or yogurt and stir.
- Add fruit to gelatin and refrigerate for 4 hours.
