Makes approximately 12 muffins
Ingrédients
- 4 oz (125 g) Gruyère cheese or aged Cheddar
- 2 cups (500 ml) flour
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) oil
Mode d'emploi
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin cups. Set aside.
- Grate cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk and oil.
- Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients.
- Stir until ingredients are just combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes
