Ingrédients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup (50 ml) sugar
- 2½ cups (625 ml) milk
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) instant tapioca
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) vanilla
Mode d'emploi
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla. Pudding will thicken as it cools.
- Serve warm or cold.
