Fruit Smoothie

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 banana or 1/2 mango or 1 pear or 4 cooked pitted prunes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) baby cereal with added iron (any flavour)

Mode d'emploi

  1. Cut fruit into large pieces.
  2. In a blender, mix fruit and milk until smooth; stir in cereal.
  3. Beverage can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Note: In case of pregnancy-related nausea, drink cold beverages between meals, in small quantities. Drink with a straw.
